As an employee of Blake Technical Services (BTS) you receive all the security and benefits of employment and are entitled to claim tax free expenses which you have incurred during the course of your employment.
As your employer, BTS carry out all the administration of contracts and payment that you would face as a self-employed contractor and you will be automatically covered by Site and Accident Insurance and Combined Liability Insurance.
As an employee, BTS will give you our expenses policy which explains the expenses you are legally entitled to claim.
Your expenses will need to be submitted on our claim form every week and we will then aim to pay our employees every Friday by 10:00 am, you will receive a confirmation text of the deposit by 11:00 am. Your payslip will show the following:
Salary - Subject to PAYE & NIC
Holiday Pay - Subject to PAYE & NIC
Expenses - Tax free (providing they meet our expenses policy)
