Sub contracting with Blake Technical Services gives you the freedom, flexibility and all the benefits of being self–employed.
You have the right to be self–employed
Working under BTS terms and conditions constitute self–employment. BTS provides you with the opportunity to remain self employed without all the hassle of self administration . Once we receive all your documentation, we will have you verified by Inland Revenue and deduct the appropriate Tax – either Gross, 20% (in most cases) or 30%.
We pay and send you a remittance advice weekly. With your authorization we will send you a text message confirming your net pay.
You will automatically be covered by Site and Accident Insurance as well as Combined Liability Insurance at no additional cost.
We aim to have all our sub-contractors paid on Friday by 10:00 am, you will receive a confirmation text of the deposit by 11:00 am.
